Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team as TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Instructors in Vietnam and other countries. This exciting opportunity offers a one to five-year contract with options to extend, allowing you to immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Vietnam and others while making a positive impact on the lives of students in other countries. If you are aged between 21 and 35 and possess a strong desire to teach and explore a new culture, we want to hear from you! No Experience Necessary! Just a GED or HS Diploma!

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Conduct engaging English language lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels, utilizing creative teaching methods and materials.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum that align with the TESOL program objectives.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills.
  • Assess student progress and performance through various assessment methods, including tests, assignments, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to enhance the overall effectiveness of the TESOL program.
  • Stay updated on current language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into your teaching practice.

 

Requirements:

  • Aged between 21 and 35 years old.
  • Native English speaker or near-native proficiency.
  • GED or HS Diploma.
  • Willingness to provide criminal records/undergo a background check. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments and student needs.
  • Cultural sensitivity and a genuine interest in Vietnam/other countries’ cultures and languages.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
